Sourcing Specialist - 2653 - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our Human Resources Team to improve infrastructure in our Taylor office.

In Short

• Work closely with team of recruiters to understand position requirements and develop strategies to attract top talent
• Identify and implement new and creative ways to source and recruit viable candidates
• Leverage existing database licenses to source and engage with talent pipeline
• Utilize experience with various aspects of recruiting including social networking and candidate mining
• Source candidates using traditional and non-traditional methods
• Conduct technical candidate interviews
• Screen, assess, and forward resumes to hiring teams
• Utilize and maintain recruiting software including ATS
• Prepare regular reports to the recruiting team and hiring managers
• Develop job descriptions and maintain in an ATS

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Zero to five years of experience in an HR and/or recruiting environment
• Basic knowledge of O365 (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System is preferred
• Experience with Lever ATS and/or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
• Experience with cold calling is preferred
