Overview

As a Junior Recruitment Specialist at Ruby Labs, you will play a key role in attracting top talent to our growing team, collaborating closely with hiring managers to source qualified candidates across various departments.

In Short

  • Screen resumes and conduct recruiter screenings of applicants.
  • Source high-quality candidates through various channels.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain records in our ATS.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the process.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs.
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment team to improve processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in talent acquisition.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in recruitment, preferably in tech.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms like Greenhouse or Lever.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
