Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Email Marketing Specialist to support our growing CRM & Email Marketing team at Ruby Labs. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart or deepen your career in digital marketing by contributing to impactful lifecycle campaigns across multiple fast-growing brands.

In Short

• Build and launch email campaigns and automated workflows inside Customer.io.
• Set up A/B tests on subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize open rates and conversion rates.
• Coordinate and implement localization of email content across multiple languages.
• Track email performance metrics using tools like Mixpanel and Customer.io.
• Support the Marketing team with routine QA, list hygiene, tagging, and UTM tracking.
• Collaborate with designers, product teams, and data analysts for effective campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with Customer.io or similar tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Fast learner with a passion for email marketing.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven with strong organizational skills.
