Global Solution Architect, MSP (New Product Introduction) - Remote

Overview

The New Product Introduction (NPI) & Service Creation Solution Architect role is a new function and capability in the MSP Solution Architecture Team. You will be responsible for designing, packaging, and enabling new service offerings built on Rubrik data protection, cyber resilience, and recovery portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of Solution Architecture, Product Management and Go‑to‑Market, translating product capabilities into standardized, repeatable service offerings for partners (MSPs/MSSPs, cloud providers) and enterprise customers.

• Design and enable new service offerings based on Rubrik data protection.
• Own the technical service blueprint from concept through launch.
• Work with MSP Solution Architecture and Product Management teams.
• Translate product roadmaps into service blueprints.
• Design scalable reference architectures for new services.
• Support strategic presales opportunities with global MSPs.
• Collaborate to create delivery playbooks and technical guides.
• Develop training assets and deliver enablement sessions.
• Contribute to competitive positioning of services.
• Engage with customers and partners at technical levels.

Requirements

• 7-8 years in technical roles like Solutions Architect or Services Architect.
• Experience with complex backup and recovery solutions.
• Strong background in virtualization and cloud platforms.
• Proven track record in creating standardized services.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Understanding of security and compliance principles.
• Ability to produce high-quality architecture documentation.
