Senior e-Billing Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Billing Analyst is a key resource for the client’s billing team responsible for all aspects of client billing including bill preparation, daily process administration, research and analysis, troubleshooting, problem resolution, reporting and budget projections.

In Short

• Work directly with the client’s E-billing Manager on ad-hoc requests.
• Timely submission of electronic invoices and accruals to clients.
• Handle complex e-submission assignments for corporate clients.
• Liaise between billing attorney and client representatives.
• Populate and maintain data for assigned clients in the billing system.
• Execute accruals, budgets, and information requests.
• Provide support for e-billing systems and user accounts.
• Perform ad hoc analyses of client accounts regarding collections.
• Train new Billing Analysts and provide workflow guidance.
• Collaborate with financial colleagues to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Minimum four years of e-billing experience required.
• Familiarity with multiple e-billing vendor systems.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Aderant or Elite strongly preferred.
