Overview

The Senior Billing Analyst at CVS Health will be responsible for understanding CHIP Billing, preparing audit processes, and managing accounts payable tasks to ensure accurate billing and enrollment data.

• Understand CHIP Billing processes.
• Implement audit processes for enrollment data verification.
• Gather checks received via bank website monthly.
• Manually apply unapplied payments in QNXT.
• Assist with the refund process in QNXT.
• Work with CEQ team on member correspondence.
• Support Health Plan with accounts payable requests.
• Track payment status with accounts payable.
• Lead or support process improvement projects.
• Support Health Plan CFO as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare billing or related processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
