Overview

RR Donnelley is seeking a talented Presentation Designer to join their New York City team, responsible for creating high-quality presentations and pitch materials for investment banking clients.

In Short

• Design templates, backgrounds, and presentations using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Create high-quality pitch books and client memoranda.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects.
• Maintain job and production tracking data.
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Handle confidential documents and information.
• Train new employees on policies and procedures.
• Assist with monthly metrics and reporting.
• May involve motion graphics and multimedia work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of professional presentation or graphic design experience.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent design sense and current design trends awareness.
• Ability to translate complex data visually.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
