The Remote Legal Document Associate role focuses on document review and preparation, requiring attention to detail and proficiency in relevant software to support legal clients.

In Short

• Shift: Monday-Friday, 1pm - 10pm Pacific Time
• Create and edit legal documents to client specifications
• Transcribe tapes and convert documents to/from different formats
• Handle sensitive and confidential documents
• Communicate with managers regarding job issues
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a legal or corporate environment
• Advanced skills in MS Office software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven customer service skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3 years’ experience in a legal, banking, or corporate environment preferred
• Document production and word processing experience preferred
• Advanced MS Office skills required
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
