E-Billing Analyst (BillBlast/Aderant) - Hybrid Remote

Overview

The E-Billing Analyst will be responsible for managing invoice submissions and resolving issues for e-billed clients in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and professionalism are essential for success.

In Short

• Work with the client’s E-billing Manager on management requests.
• Submit electronic invoices and oversee client transitions to e-billing.
• Handle complex e-submission assignments for corporate clients.
• Act as liaison between billing attorneys and clients.
• Maintain and update data in the billing system.
• Support e-billing systems and manage user accounts.
• Perform analyses of client accounts regarding collections.

Requirements

• Associate degree or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• 1+ years of e-billing experience in a law firm.
• Knowledge of legal billing systems and BillBlast.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to influence at a senior level within client groups.
