Account Specialist 3 (Creative) - Remote

Overview

The Account Specialist will serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, managing projects and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

• Act as primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 7 years of project management experience.
• Background in the premedia and/or print industry preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to interpret client expectations and guide teams.
• Experience with continuous improvement tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proactive, collaborative, and driven attitude.
• Experience with direct mail and data-driven composition is a plus.
