Turnaround Scheduler - Remote

Overview

The Turnaround Scheduler at Dow is responsible for supporting St. Charles Operations by acting as a technical resource for scheduling within the Global Project Methodology or Global Turnaround Methodology work processes.

In Short

• Serve as Schedule Management subject matter expert.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive integrated master project schedules.
• Perform critical path analysis and resource-leveling.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand and mitigate schedule deviations.
• Utilize scheduling software like Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Lead project teams in forecasting schedule challenges.
• Contribute to the improvement of scheduling processes.
• Provide technical coaching to team members.
• Analyze project deviations and recommend recovery plans.
• Support the establishment of overall schedule baseline and reporting.

Requirements

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of relevant manufacturing or engineering experience.
• Must possess or be eligible to obtain a TWIC card.
• Ability to work legally in the United States.
• Advanced skills in scheduling and analytical problem-solving.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience with project controls and forecasting.
