The Global Contract Manufacturing Leader at Rockwell Automation will lead a team responsible for executing contract manufacturing processes and ensuring high-quality product delivery while complying with regulations.

• Lead a team for contract manufacturing execution in the Americas.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Negotiate and manage Manufacturing Service Agreements (MSA).
• Monitor manufacturing costs and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• 5+ years of experience in Materials and Operations Management.
• Leadership experience in a production environment.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• APICS or CSCP certification preferred.
