In Short

• Lead and work as part of a project team to deliver analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients.
• Develop an understanding of a client’s current state process and develop future state recommendations.
• Recommend road maps to close performance gaps and develop high level implementation plans.
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Align business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution.
• Define new and refine existing business processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property.
• 10+ years of implementation experience in Oracle Supply Chain applications.
• Experience with full Implementation lifecycle of Oracle cloud applications.
• Ability to lead and mentor less experienced consultants.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, Supply Chain Operations, or equivalent degree.
• 10+ years of implementation experience in Oracle Supply Chain applications.
• Extensive experience identifying gaps between client processes and Oracle SCM Cloud.
• Experience with Oracle SCM Cloud Manufacturing.
• Experience presenting functional solutions to director level business stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work remotely and independently.
• Will require some travel within the United States.
