• Oversee management of third-party co-manufacturing partners.
• Ensure material availability and consistent product quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or supply chain operations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Ability to travel 2-3 times per month.
• Prior experience in food manufacturing is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• USDA and meat experience preferred.
• Experience with commercial ovens and thermoforming packaging preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
