• Provide structured feedback to improve workflows.
• Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition is required.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing multiple campaigns.
• Clear communicator with a focus on client expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent operations.
• Experience working with small teams in the U.S., U.K., Canada, or Australia.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring campaigns.
• Analytical mindset focused on top-of-funnel health.
• Comfortable with AI-driven tools.
• Self-managed and organized.
