As Senior Manager, Care Delivery Knowledge Management at Ro, you will lead the development and implementation of a scalable knowledge system that supports frontline teams in delivering high-quality care.

• Oversee Ro’s knowledge management system for frontline teams.
• Establish systems for documentation updates and change control.
• Build and maintain clinical and non-clinical workflow documentation.
• Create process maps and SOPs to identify gaps and standardize processes.
• Support product and workflow launches, ensuring adoption and continuous improvement.
• Ensure accuracy and up-to-date documentation for launches and changes.
• 8+ years of experience in implementation and project management.
• Proven ability to establish scalable systems.
• Expert in process mapping and operational documentation.
• Experience with knowledge management tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years in a fast-paced healthcare or tech environment.
• Ability to manage dynamic priorities and deadlines.
• Strong ownership mindset for accurate information management.
• High comfort with both writing/editing and establishing systems.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Experience with Confluence, LucidChart, and other tools.
