In Short

• Lead the Payroll Team in processing payroll for all salaried and hourly employees (US domestic and international)
• Create and refine payroll procedure and year-end process documentation
• Review and analyze payroll and tax procedures for improvements
• Collaborate with stock administration on payroll impact
• Assist with payroll accounts reconciliation during month-end and quarter-end
• Lead special projects and stay updated on industry trends
• Partner with equity team for timely RSU settlements
• Assist with audits by providing supporting records
• Research and resolve payroll inquiries
• Maintain payroll calendar for US and international payroll

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience with full cycle payroll responsibilities
• Experience with a public company
• Experience with Workday Payroll/HRIS and ADP Smart Compliance
• Strong knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information
