Corporate Attorney - Remote

Overview

RMWBH is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join the firm's established and growing corporate and securities practice in our Galleria Office. As part of the corporate and securities team, our attorneys routinely handle a variety of complex matters including, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, recapitalizations, finance, entity structuring and formation, commercial contracts, joint ventures, and private offerings of securities.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Must be licensed to practice in Texas.
