Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
• 6+ years of legal experience in transactional law.
• Experience in corporate contract law and risk management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy laws.
• Proactive and strategic mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple contracts and projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
