In Short

• Responsible for reviewing additional cost statements and creating objections.
• Record rental contract and invoice data related to additional costs and determine resulting objections.
• Handle document procurement from landlords and subsequent evaluation.
• Contribute significantly to the further development and automation of the in-house specialized software.

Requirements

• Completed commercial studies, e.g., in real estate management or comparable training.
• Several years of professional experience in process/project management and in the commercial sector.
• Work style characterized by diligence, organizational strength, creativity, and pragmatism.
• Good English skills are an advantage.
