• You will negotiate with landlords regarding the reimbursement of overcharged additional costs.
• You will conduct negotiations while adhering to agreed deadlines until successful completion.
• You will agree on the handling of future billing with landlords.
• You will question internal processes and methods and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• You have a completed commercial degree, e.g., in real estate management, or a comparable training, e.g., as a real estate agent, possibly with additional qualifications.
• You are a professional in negotiation strategies and have the ability to identify and address relevant decision-makers.
• Your work style is characterized by diligence, organizational strength, creativity, and pragmatism.
• Good English skills are an advantage.
