• Establish project management processes and improve internal delivery structure.
• Support multiple projects concurrently, bringing organization and structure to the SPS team’s initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and meet key milestones.
• Ensure project timelines, scope, and resources are well managed.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies, proactively addressing issues.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in solutions delivery, project management, or a similar role.
• Background in project delivery, agile methodologies, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients and stakeholders.
• Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams.
• Familiarity with automation platforms, AI, and intelligent process automation is a plus.
