Senior Analytics Engineer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a (Senior) Analytics Engineer to help build a reliable, scalable data foundation that powers decisions across our organization. You’ll work at the intersection of data engineering and analytics, transforming raw data into clean, modeled datasets that support Marketing, Product, Operations, and beyond.

In Short

• Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines using tools such as Fivetran and DBT.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL process.
• Develop and maintain scalable data infrastructure on Google Cloud BigQuery.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD practices for data workflows.
• Lead the integration of data from various sources into a DWH.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs.
• Conduct peer reviews of code and data engineering approaches.
• Mentor junior data engineers and analysts.
• Develop and deliver training sessions on data engineering topics.
• Promote the use of modern data engineering tools across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, informatics, computer science, or other STEM-related areas.
• Several years of relevant experience as a data engineer.
• Proven track record of working with Segment and Customer Data Platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Skilled in using Python for data engineering tasks.
• Experience with Google Cloud BigQuery.
• Adept at making data-driven decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Business fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
