The Salesforce Technical Data Lead is responsible for overseeing integration, management and optimization of data within the Salesforce platform, requiring a strong technical background.

In Short

Oversee integration and management of data within Salesforce.
Serve as the technical subject matter expert for data solutions.
Maintain integration diagrams for Salesforce Orgs.
Lead technical requirements gathering sessions.
Monitor integration feeds for issues impacting Salesforce.
Identify and implement opportunities for improvements.
Partner with Application Integration team for prioritization of work.
Proficient in APEX, Visualforce, and SOQL.
Strong communication and collaboration skills required.
Certifications in Salesforce are preferred.

Requirements

Associate's Degree or Apprenticeship.
4-6 years' experience in Salesforce data solutions.
Expertise in modern integration protocols.
Experience with integration toolsets.
Ability to lead technical teams.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
Salesforce Integration Architect certification preferred.
