Senior Analyst, Analytics and Reporting - Remote

Overview

The Senior Analyst will support DaVita Integrated Kidney Care by developing and communicating advanced data analytics to inform program performance and model of care design, working collaboratively with various teams.

In Short

• Monitor and communicate performance of value-based care programs.
• Develop reports and perform analysis on clinical operations and medical claims data.
• Write SQL queries to support analytic requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, analytics, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience with business/financial analysis; healthcare preferred.
• 3+ years experience with SQL and querying relational databases.
• Extensive Excel experience with data manipulation.
• Experience developing presentations in PowerPoint.
• Experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools preferred.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Self-starter mentality and thoughtful execution abilities.
• Ability to interact with peers and leaders across departments.
• Fast-paced work environment adaptability.
