Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations or performance improvement.
• Experience in managing large-scale change in clinical environments.
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or similar certification preferred.
• Deep understanding of field operations in healthcare settings.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Able to interpret data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite; familiarity with performance tools a plus.
• High EQ and ability to influence across teams.
