In Short

Manage the entire hiring process for engineering, AI, hardware, and operations teams.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market trends and interview practices.
Ensure timely feedback and a professional experience for all applicants.
Maintain accurate data in the ATS to track pipeline health.
Contribute to employer branding efforts and represent RIVR at industry events.

Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
Background in recruiting for robotics, embedded systems, or deep tech.
Experience sourcing passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for refining recruiting processes.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Lever.
