Overview

You are a sales expert with experience in construction and love interacting with people? You will lead the projects you oversee from the initial conversation to the final billing. There is also the potential to develop into a department head.

In Short

• Acquire customers and architects, draft contracts, and provide qualified advice from initial contact to contract conclusion.
• Responsible for preparing offers, conducting bidding discussions, and negotiating contracts with clients.
• Act as the point of contact for all project participants regarding the sold scope of services.
• Prepare project specifications and coordinate sales preparation.
• Oversee projects throughout the entire project cycle in economic, scheduling, and technical aspects.
• Support project management in preparing additional claims.

Requirements

• Completed studies in civil engineering or architecture or are a technician.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in sales, calculation, construction management, project development, or project management.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Fluent in German (at least C1-C2).
• Possess a Class B driver's license.
