Project Manager for Turnkey Construction 70-90k (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

As the face of one of the largest and most successful construction companies in Germany, you will be responsible for advising clients and investors on innovative and demanding properties in the field of turnkey commercial and industrial construction.

In Short

• Responsible for economic and technical management of complex large-scale projects in commercial and industrial construction.
• Handle tendering and awarding responsibilities, conduct performance controls, and carry out acceptance procedures.
• Provide qualified client support before, during, and after the construction phase.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams consisting of site managers and internal/external architects and specialists.
• Plan and control construction accounting and budgets.
• Coordinate with authorities, specialists, sales, product management, and clients.

Requirements

• Completed studies in architecture, civil engineering, or industrial engineering with a focus on construction or comparable.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in commercial, industrial construction or handling complex large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures).
• Proficient in MS Office Project.
• Fluent in German (minimum C1 level).
• Valid driver's license class B.
