In Short

• Independent overall project management of construction projects between 1 and 2 million €.
• Coordination of the project team (on average 5 people).
• Preparation of design work including cost calculation and explanatory reports.
• Execution planning, preparation/participation in tenders and awards.
• Leading construction executions and pre-negotiating with clients, authorities, architects, and specialist engineers.

Requirements

• Completed studies in engineering in electrical engineering or comparable OR state-certified technician or master in electrical or communication technology.
• At least 3 years of experience as a project manager.
• Good knowledge of the HOAI phases 1-9.
• Knowledge of VDE regulations.
• Good German language skills (at least C1) and a Class B driver's license.
