Project Engineer / Project Manager TGA / HKLS (m/f/d) | Flexible Work - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Project Engineer TGA for special projects such as leisure and indoor pools, spa facilities, and ice sports buildings. You will work almost exclusively for municipal clients who value your work highly.

In Short

• Independent planning and project management in the field of TGA (heating, ventilation, sanitary, swimming pool, and ice technology).
• Creation of tender documents and cost calculations for TGA trades.
• Negotiation and awarding of services to subcontractors.
• Monitoring and documentation of construction projects, including cost control and billing.

Requirements

• Degree in building and energy technology, supply engineering, or similar; alternatively, HLS technician with professional experience.
• Experience in planning TGA projects (LPH 1-3).
• Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or LiNear is an advantage.
• Very good German (at least C1); willing to work on projects across Germany.
