Requirements

  • Self-starter with a positive attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in English; German is a plus
  • Experience as a product specialist or customer success manager
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to guide customers towards product adoption
  • Understanding of compliance in the payment industry is a plus
