Overview

Rive is looking for a technical support engineer with experience writing, supporting and debugging mobile applications to join our team. You will support a growing global community of developers and designers using Rive in their products and games.

In Short

  • Review customers’ mobile code using Rive.
  • Triage and investigate questions and issues reported by users.
  • Relay detailed feedback to product and engineering teams.
  • Assist customers with implementing their designs into code.
  • Provide technical support resources to the Rive community.
  • Work closely with the Developer Relations team on documentation.
  • Prepare supporting materials for new features and devices.

Requirements

  • Experience with mobile applications development.
  • Strong debugging skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Experience with providing technical support.
  • Familiarity with Rive is a plus.
