As a Customer Advisor at our Ludwigsplatz location, you will be the face of our company and provide exceptional service and support to our valued customers. • Welcome and assist customers in a warm, professional manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills in German; English skills are a plus
• Strong customer orientation with a friendly and courteous demeanor
• The ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations
• Basic computer skills for operating cash registers and other relevant software
• Problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns
• Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Experience in customer service is advantageous but not required
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
