Overview

As a Business Analyst Pricing, you serve as a crucial link between business goals, technical solutions and system performance. You are responsible for collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to analyze end-to-end business processes within your domain; gathering and translating requirements; identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting the development and implementation of technical solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

In Short

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to map out end-to-end data and process flows in BPMN.
• Identify key pain points, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Liaise with Tech and Data teams to design, test and implement solutions.
• Provide documentation and training materials for end-users.
• Lead the testing process to validate data flows and system functionality.
• Support in identifying and tracking defects.
• Work closely with development teams for issue resolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in a tech environment.
• Strong grasp of business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Experience in documenting and analyzing business processes.
• Proficient with visual process tools like Miro/Lucid.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Good at managing multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting UAT and delivering end-user training.
