As the Director, Contracts and Legal Operations, you play a critical role within the legal department, responsible for overseeing all aspects of contracts management and legal operations, driving efficiency and alignment across the organization; demonstrating extensive expertise in contracts management, commercial operations, procurement, and legal technology platforms, coupled with dynamic people management skills and a passion for mission-driven work.

• Manage the sales contracting lifecycle for diverse customer segments.
• Negotiate, redline, analyze, and oversee execution of agreements.
• Implement and manage legal technology solutions like Conga.
• Develop standardized processes to streamline workflows.

• Lead legal support for procurement’s vendor contracting processes.
• Drive process improvements and support change management strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in contracts management or legal operations.
• Expertise in contract negotiation and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with legal technology platforms.
