Overview

The Lead Management Accountant will oversee accounting processes, manage internal reconciliations, and support ERP improvements in a dynamic international iGaming company.

In Short

• Process and track bank transactions in the accounting system.
• Manage accounting for equipment and low-value assets.
• Handle expense reports and reconcile with employees.
• Manage settlements with contractors and vendors.
• Calculate and post taxes within management accounting.
• Perform monthly closing procedures.
• Record revenues in the accounting system.
• Organize and supervise the finance team.
• Support ERP improvements and participate in testing.

Requirements

• Experience in management accounting.
• Higher education in Accounting and Auditing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with 1C8 and ERP systems.
• Proven track record in process optimization and automation.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian.
• Intermediate level of English.
