RISK inc is an international iGaming company specializing in identifying and fostering the growth of high-potential entertainment markets. We are looking for an HR People Partner to join our team.

In Short

• Implement HR strategies tailored to departmental needs.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and management.
• Manage onboarding and adaptation processes.
• Conduct performance management and drive employee development.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Facilitate effective employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 3 years of HR experience.
• Experience in the gambling industry is desirable.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth companies is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to support change management initiatives.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools.
• Fluency in Ukrainian is a must.
