In Short

• Conduct comprehensive landscaping of unmet needs in regenerative medicine, aging, metabolism, and inflammation.
• Design and develop funding programs to support innovative research.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align funding opportunities with strategic priorities.
• Lead the evaluation of research proposals for funding programs.
• Evaluate proposals involving multi-omics integration and in vivo genetics.
• Provide feedback to applicants and coordinate peer review processes.
• Engage with cross-disciplinary teams to align funding initiatives.
• Coordinate with clinical teams for personalized medicine perspectives.
• Work with Technology Transfer teams to identify patentable methodologies.
• Represent the team at scientific symposia and industry events.

Requirements

• Expertise in aging, tissue engineering, disease modeling, and/or target discovery.
• Experience in regenerative medicine and health-related research.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate scientific merit and feasibility of proposals.
• Experience with funding program design and evaluation metrics.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in health research.
• Ability to engage with external partners and industry needs.
• Experience in representing scientific initiatives at events.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
