Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a data scientist in AI/ML.
• Expertise in natural language processing and generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python data science stack and SQL.
• Experience with AI/ML cloud technologies on AWS.
• Strong foundation in machine learning and statistical analysis.
• Experience in data visualization and dashboard development.
• Strong business communication skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform and enterprise system architecture preferred.
• Background in automated content classification and knowledge management systems preferred.
