Data Scientist - Remote

Overview

We currently have a vacancy for a Data Scientist fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team.

In Short

• Development, maintenance and documentation of software, mostly in Python.
• Focus on implementing and testing data analytics applications.
• Participate in data science projects led by scientific staff.
• Assume responsibility for software engineering tasks.
• Debugging complex software in Python.
• Troubleshooting aspects related to the deployment of software.
• Design and implement robust data pipelines.
• Participate in project update and review meetings.
• Cooperate with project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• Experience in software development, particularly in Python.
• Knowledge of data analytics and data engineering.
• Ability to document software processes.
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Experience with data pipelines and data transformation.
