Progressive Leasing is seeking a Data Scientist to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved. This role is a work-from-home position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or in one of our corporate locations in Utah or Arizona.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a quantitative or technical field (Math, Stats, Econ, etc.).
• Experience with R, Python, and machine learning tools.
• Ability to craft rigorous research and evaluation designs.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Understanding of modern software development practices.
• Proven track record of problem solving and implementation.
• Experience in engineering environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud migrations and legacy tools is beneficial.
