Overview

This position supports Rimrock’s quality initiatives by ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and standards through auditing and coaching staff.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Experience with computer systems and databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage shifting requests.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication skills across disciplines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
  • Commitment to quality improvement and customer service.
