Overview

The Quality Management Technician supports Rimrock’s quality initiatives by ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and standards through audits and coaching staff.

In Short

  • Support quality initiatives by adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct routine chart audits and quality reviews.
  • Coach staff to improve documentation and record management.
  • Process requests for information in compliance with standards.
  • Report findings and trends from audits to personnel.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and client requests.
  • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Manage shifting requests and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Experience with computer systems and databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills across disciplines.
  • Ability to self-organize and problem-solve.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job.
  • Capability to work in an office setting with some driving required.
  • Ability to maintain a private workspace for remote work.
