Lead Product Designer - Remote

CEO, CFO, and finance teams can finally focus on making impactful financial decisions, while leaving Rillet run the numbers.

In Short

• Define and drive the full design process from user research to UI design.
• Work closely with product and engineering to define product vision and roadmap.
• Establish design principles and set direction for Rillet’s design system.
• Lead User Research initiatives.
• Understand user goals, business requirements, and technical constraints.
• Pull inspiration to invent new interaction paradigms in finance & accounting.
• Lead a team of product designers and act as a mentor.
• Recruit and onboard new product designers.
• Contribute directly to Rillet’s UX/UI design.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience leading design teams in B2B SaaS.
• 5+ years experience on end-to-end design projects.
• Proven experience with complex design problems.
• Experience with all stages of the design process.
• Ability to understand complex systems.
• Challenge the status quo and bring in inspiration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
