Digital Marketing Specialist - Remote

Overview

Riipen is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Operations Team. In this role, you’ll be working with our Campaign Managers, Employer, Academic, and Project Partnerships teams to help manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns that bring more schools, employers, and strategic partners to Riipen. Your work will help grow Riipen’s ecosystem so more students and learners can use our platform to get the industry experience they need to find jobs they love.

In Short

• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns (PPC, email, social media) to generate leads.
• Assist in optimizing landing pages and manage email lists.
• Conduct research to understand audience behavior.
• Help the Content team optimize for SEO.
• Oversee paid ad campaigns to drive lead generation.
• Monitor web traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Work closely with Content and Creative teams.
• Assist in building partnerships aligned with Riipen’s goals.
• Keep up with digital marketing trends.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing role.
• Ability to build and execute successful digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience with advertising platforms including Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and efficient.
• Ability to work independently or in groups.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
