Overview

The Client Support and Onboarding Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the successful implementation of all new clinic launches, current client expansions, and operational projects at Rhythm, a leader in remote healthcare.

In Short

• Lead end-to-end project management of implementations and expansions.
• Collaborate with clients to develop implementation plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate degree required or relevant experience.
• Success in client-facing roles with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading implementations with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA and SalesForce.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Understanding of remote monitoring technologies and cardiac care is a plus.
