Overview

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Graphic & Web Designer who is both an exceptional visual storyteller and an advanced web interaction designer. You’ll be responsible for delivering stunning, conversion-optimized marketing assets and immersive web experiences that incorporate animations, parallax effects, responsive layouts, and best-in-class UI/UX principles.

In Short

• Lead all visual design efforts including brand development and digital collateral.
• Translate abstract concepts into compelling visual stories.
• Design and produce content for various marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain cohesive brand guidelines.
• Design and develop modern, responsive websites and landing pages.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in graphic and web design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
• Experience with animations using GSAP, ScrollMagic, or Lottie.
• Deep understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Experience designing for WordPress.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CMS and marketing automation.
• Knowledge of SEO design principles and conversion rate optimization.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication skills.
