HR Specialist (Contract) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a versatile HR Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. You will be a key partner in our people operations, blending full-cycle recruiting management with core HR functions.

In Short

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for North American roles.
• Evaluate and improve existing recruiting workflows and ATS structures.
• Maintain high data accuracy across digital employee files, HRIS, and ATS.
• Lead the onboarding lifecycle, including I-9 verification and background checks.
• Work with the wider People Team to develop standardized workflows.
• 3-5 years of experience in an HR or People Ops role.
• Advanced proficiency with HRIS and ATS platforms.
• Foundational knowledge of HR law, including EEO and FLSA.
• Ability to communicate with executive-level stakeholders.
• High level of comfort working autonomously in a remote environment.
