Contract Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Contracts Specialist is responsible for building strong relationships with external customers and working closely with internal stakeholders and company leadership to drive success in our Contracts Department by writing, reviewing, negotiating, and tracking company agreements.

• Primarily remote position with monthly reporting to Baltimore and Bethesda.
• Responsible for the entire contract lifecycle.
• Drafting and negotiating complex contractual agreements.
• Assessing risks and communicating findings to management.
• Submitting timely and accurate reports.
• Ensuring compliance with contract requirements.
• Maintaining shared files and databases with contract documents.
• 5+ years’ experience required.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS is essential.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in contract administration.
• Ability to obtain a US Security clearance.
• Proficient in modern digital office tools.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Strong formal business writing skills.
